A wheelchair is all an immobile person needs in order to see the sun and breathe fresh air.  To date, MAD-Aid has delivered and distributed over 1200 wheelchairs, offered independence to 1200 children, youth and adults in Moldova. Yet hundreds more in need are waiting.

MAD-Aid takes pride in its exceptional service provider centre located within the Phoenix Complex in Moldova. Over the years, our expertise and knowledge have enabled us to forge partnerships with numerous NGOs and organizations dedicated to supporting disabled children. Through these partnerships, we have been able to offer invaluable assistance in the form of equipment, expertise, and funding.

Lobby and Advocacy for Rights of People with Special Needs in Moldova

Our Lobby and Advocacy program is dedicated to championing the rights and improving the quality of life for people with special needs in Moldova. Through strategic lobbying efforts and targeted advocacy campaigns, we work tirelessly to promote inclusivity, accessibility, and equal opportunities for individuals with disabilities.

In a country where people with special needs often are isolated, face discrimination and barriers to participation, our program serves as a powerful voice for change. We engage with policymakers, government officials, and key stakeholders to influence legislation, policies, and practices that impact the lives of those with disabilities.
