Exploring new avenues and initiatives to further our mission of making a difference in the lives of those in need, wherever they are.

Past Humanitarian Projects by MAD-Aid

At MAD-Aid, we believe in the power of collaboration. With the support of our partners and friends, we have successfully implemented several impactful programs. Here are some highlights from our past projects:

CWUHA Partnership

The Communication Workers Union Humanitarian Aid (CWUHA) has been a significant partner in delivering essential aid to Moldova through ten convoys (around 60 trucks).

Few of the projects our joint efforts have achieved:

  • • Kindergarten Support: We equipped numerous kindergartens with necessary supplies.
  • • Family Aid: Provided essential aid to 150 families annually for 5 years continually.
  • • Youth Sports Development: Equipped 18 schools football teams across Moldova and donated sport equipment to Scholls.
  • • Support for Vulnerable Populations: Delivered crucial aid to orphanages and centers for disabled individuals in Hincesti.
  • • Educational Resources: Supplied furniture and electrical goods to Sport Internat Chisinau and provided 452 personalized boxes for every student.
  • • Cultural Exchange: Organized a life-changing holiday in the UK for 45 children from Moldova.

Dental Sets

We install 12 dental sets into Moldova medical centres, two in Nisporeni school, in prisons.

ATLS Training Program – MAD-Aid

Thanks to generous funding from the British Embassy and British doctor Bassel, MAD-Aid successfully facilitated the Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) training for Moldovan medical teams. This initiative has brought 17 medical teams from Moldova to the UK, where they received specialized training in handling advanced trauma cases.

As a result of this program, over 220 medical teams have been trained to date, significantly enhancing the medical response capabilities in Moldova.

Day Centre for the Elderly in Mihaileni
